Snack on a finely aged goat cheese from a female farmer in Indiana or a Vermont-made harbison cow cheese made with 100% green energy, all artfully arranged with accompaniments including fresh and dried fruit, artisan charcuterie, our own pickles, raw vegetables, jam, and mustard. Every spread includes a selection of crackers, and if you want, for an additional fee, have Lauren handpick a wine or craft beer selection.
How nice would it be to have a scrumptious plate made for you waiting in the fridge after your travels? Or have it delivered in the middle of your stay and fill your mouth with buttery Abbaye de Belloc washed down with a Gavi di Gavi or a bold Dolcetto d’Alba while the sunset says “goodnight.”
